Multiple Myeloma Awareness Month

Multiple Myeloma is a cause that is near and dear to my heart.  Ever since my father's diagnosis, the International Myeloma Foundation (IMF) has provided us with valuable information and support.  Throughout my Father's journey with this cancer, my brother and I met so many great and influential people.  The IMF made our experience with myeloma less scary by teaching us the mechanics of the cancer and how it should be treated.

As a salon owner, I am now able to raise awareness on a much larger scale.  Throughout the month of September, the salon will be offering special product sales, and will donate 5% of the salons total monthly revenue to the IMF (http://myeloma.org/).

Schedule your appointment in the month of September and your visit will help contribute to 5% that Salon 926 will be donating to the International Myeloma Foundation.

We are also collecting old cell phones, as this also helps in raising money. 

1,000 people a day will be diagnosed with this cancer of plasma cells which attacks and destroys bone...."Until there is a cure ther is IMF"
