As we manage this constantly evolving pandemic, Salon 926 will now require all clients and personnel to fill out a Covid-19 release form. Please download the file below and bring a signed copy with you to your appointment. If you are unable to print the form you may arrive early to the salon and we will provide one for you to fill out prior to your appointment.

We understand that life happens and at times it is necessary to cancel or reschedule appointments. However, we kindly ask that you give 48 hours advance notice when you can. We reserve the right to apply a no show/cancellation fee when we are not given proper notice.
